Zermatt and the mighty Matterhorn | Perfect Itinerary | Things to Do | Fascinating Switzerland

Perhaps one of the most exotic winter village of the world is this place - Zermatt also the base for the might Matterhorn. In this episode we share our experience and information with you as to how you can travel to this place with detailed information. Taking the Lotschberg car transport train from Kandersteg, we get travel to Goppenstein and to the Tasch train terminal from there on. From the Tasch terminal we head to the Zermatt, check into a our Airbnb with perhaps one of the best views of the Matterhorn. After settling into the Airbnb, we explore the Zermatt village on foot, and also take a hike in the nearby woodlands overlooking the village of Zermatt. The next day we take the Gornergrat Bahn and travel closer to the Matterhorn only to be stunned by the spectacular views of the Alps throughout our journey and the towering Matterhorn.
