The Plasma Pistol has long had the ability to EMP vehicles in Halo, aka stun them with an overhcarge burst. But Halo Infinite has taken this ability away and some fans are very upset. But today I explain why the Halo Infinite Plasma Pistol does not need the EMP and why it is the first iteration of the weapon to represent some serious change with the design. It deals with Shock damage, to franchise history and to the clash of fan opinions. The Halo Infinite Plasma Pistol Does Not EMP and here's why.
