Episode 05: Parent's Day

Toby can't stand the idea of Parents Night - the last time his divorced parents were in the same room they had a huge, embarrassing fight. Toby cooks up a scheme to convince their parents that the night is cancelled, but it backfires on him. Despite his dad's promises to the contrary, another argument ensues during the interview. Toby manages to regain control, and his parents are grateful for his maturity.

Tired of the skewed reporting students are subjected to in daily NAK broadcasts, Emma is encouraged by Mr. Raditch to write an opinion piece for the school paper. But NAK has paid for computers in the school, and Sean's brother Tracker thinks Emma's opinion is less than valid. Tracker and Spike have an argument and they embarrass Sean and Emma. Sean apologizes to her the next day.

Ashley's work on the video announcements convinces her that she needs a casting agent - so she tries to impress Toby's mom. As does her arch-rival Paige. But the agent's more interested in Terri.
