Simple & Tasty Seabass/Сибас. Просто и вкусно.

How to cook seabass very easy and very tasty. In a common kitchen. In electric grill of the cooker. No special eqiupment needed. We are cooking the fish from our spearfishing, feel free to use any fish red or white, fresh or frozen. Cook it and you will like it! Stay safe and healthy! Please find below the English translation of the recipe:

To add to the fish a nice slightly smoky taste we use common wooden boards. Such boards can be found at any shop
that sells accessories for grill. Or you can use any board that you have of similar sizes. Except boards from fir-trees or other needle trees because they have too much resin and provide too much smell.

We put the boards in the water for 30 minutes, after that they are ready for use. Optionally you can add to the water lemon juice, pome-granate juice, sliced ginger.

For this way of cooking you can use any fish: fresh or frozen, white or red.

We are cooking seabass from our spearfishing.

Sometimes we cook salmon or trout on board too, and it is really delicious.

For preparation of the fish for cooking in electric grill please see our previous video where we cook dorada.

When this is done add some olive oil, salt and spices or herbs of your liking and insert toothsticks to separate the sides of the fish.

Put the fish on the board. You can also add some lemon on the sides, just see that it doesn't touch the fish.

Now we are ready for the grill!

Check every 5 minutes.

Total grill time varies from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the size and type of fish.

So... our seabass is ready in less than 15 minutes. Looks and smells great!
