Rock & Roll Lullaby (by Roberto - Instrumental Cover)

This song, in my opinion, was from the time when songwriters made good music, not like in these days. "Rock and Roll Lullaby" was released in 1972, recorded by B.J. Thomas and was a great hit, reached nr 15 on Billboard charts from that year.

Written by Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil was exceptional well performed by BJ Thomas. In that recording we have some important credits as the "twang" guitar from Duanne Eddy and also the excelent backing vocals from The Blossoms.

Here in Brazil was a big big hit, including it as theme song of a TV novel named "Selva de Pedra".
This is my instrumental version where I tried to adapted it on instro piece. All the guitars are mine, excepting that twang guitar in intro and middle and also the middle guitar solo as all these came with the commercial BT used. But to improve this BT I added several guitar lines (amount of 4 guitar lines) trying to keep that nice backing sound on the original. Hope that who listen me could enjoy with this my instro arrangement.
