Third Eye Guided Meditation Level 1 with Chakra Activation Hypnosis (Binaural Beats)

This beginner's guided meditation for third eye activation is designed for those new to the experience and includes chakra activation to maximize results. Each step in this session has a purpose. Third eye activation, as with any spiritual skill, requires regular practice, patience and letting go of expectations to get results.

Some further hints on activating the third eye:
- Try a dark environment first, or out in nature
- Sit in either lotus position or pharoah position
- Practice meditation or self-hypnosis regularly
- Practice patience and take note of each step leading up to the part of this session which focuses directly on the third eye
- Journal any changes in sensory awareness
