In this Video Paola, one of the 3 Sister Owner of Ca' del Baio Estate tastes with us the two single vineyards Barbaresco: Barbaresco Vallegrande and Barbaresco Asili. Vallegrande Vineyard is located in Tresi Municipality and Asili Vineyard is located in Barbaresco Municipality.
Different area, different soil, different exposure, so different wines.
almost the ssame vinification process with a slightly different aging becasue of different type of wood barrels.
