It's not something everyone is interested in knowing or doing, but I know for a fact there's a lot of people who don't know how, who could benefit. I have a set of chains that someone ran upside down until they were completely wore out. I wonder what tire damage happened during that fiasco. And there's a lot of highway haulers who've never had to that should know how, especially guys who came from places without snow or ice.
My comment of throwing chains at @ 2:00 am in a foot of mud and a foot of fresh snow is no joke.
