Hi, welcome back to my channel. Today we are going be making a delicious red enchiladas. This recipe comes directly from Hidalgo, Mexico. We are going to make this enchiladas from scratch minus the tortillas. Its a very Mexican dish that everyone knows and can even be found among American cultures.

Ingredients (Makes about 15 enchiladas)

15 Corn Tortillas

👉For the filling
3 Chicken Breast
1/8 onion
1 Garlic Clove
Salt

👉For Sauce
5 Chile de Arbol
7 Chile Guajillo
3 Chile de Ancho
1/8 onion
1 Garlic Clove
1/4 tbsp of Cumin
2 tbsp oregano
2 Whole Cloves
Salt

👉For toppings
Lettuce
Onion
Queso Fresco
Sour cream
Tomate
Aguacado
