Major Hurricane Milton Prep in Florida! VW Style

As Floridians prepare for Major Hurricane Milton to come our way, we’re making all of the necessary preparations we can.

As of this post, Milton is already at 175mph winds and expected to weaken a little when it makes landfall on the Florida west coast in approx 2 days. Impacts will be felt all the way to the east coast as he moves through and not expected to reduce much strength.

All we can do is be smart with our preparations and listen to the local officials and their warnings.

Of course with Hurricane Helene only being a week and a half ago and so many people are still massively affected, please keep everyone in your prayers.

Luckily I have plenty to keep us safe besides the camp trailer with 200ah of lithium batteries, Iceco fridge, Newpowa 200w solar kit and many other things. I’m also not too proud to evacuate if need be.
