About 20 pieces of shrimp
Salt
Black pepper
About 2 cups buttermilk
2 cups cornstarch
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning

1/2 cup mayonnaise
(Just a little less than 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce)
2-4 tbsp sriracha

Scallion (optional for garnishing)
Bread if making sandwich ( I used hoagie rolls)
