Forest Lane 13th April - Fish North Qualifier #1

The very first qualifier ever for the new big-money Match Fishing competition called Fish North took place on Saturday 13th April 2019.

Tickets sold out and we had 77 anglers taking part across 4 lakes at Forest Lane Fisheries in Alne near York.

Fishing a 5-hour match the winner of each lake would qualify for the Semi Final taking place on the 7th September at Forest Lane on the brand new purpose built Arena lake with the chance to progress 2 weeks later to fish for a potential £12,000 winners purse.

Each round we try and take a photograph of each of the competitors and using some drone footage to show the match as it takes place. We are limited at this venue to get more footage due to not wanting to disturb the anglers as they fish.
