Solid vs Hollow chains

Apparently I still get dms, emails, comments and text about the difference between hollow and solid, some depending on their price range I offer hollow and for some reason they assume hollow is not gold, I guess for some it's their first time buying a gold chain so it's understandable, so here I will break it down for everyone who still have doubt.
