How to win in an argument!

Ross and I have been through so much together, and one thing that has helped us reconnect—especially during stressful times—is Couples Breathing. ❤️

It’s so easy to get caught up in daily life, stress, or even disagreements, but syncing your breath with your partner is a simple way to slow down and truly see each other.
🫶 Sit facing each other
🫶 Make eye contact (even if it feels a little awkward at first!)
🫶 Start breathing in unison, matching your inhales and exhales

Something shifts when you do this. Your nervous systems start to regulate together, stress melts away, and you feel more present with each other. We’ve used this to reconnect after a tough day—or even just to pause and be in the moment together.
