⚠️ BEFORE YOU BEGIN:b450m
Backup important data – Just in case.
Do not power off during the update process.
✅ TOOLS YOU'LL NEED:
A USB flash drive, formatted to FAT32 (4–8 GB is ideal).
Access to another computer with internet if needed.
The BIOS file from ASUS's official support site.
🔽 STEP 1: Download the Latest BIOS
Go to the ASUS support site:

Search for: TUF B550M-PLUS GAMING
Or go directly

Download the latest BIOS file (e.g., TUF-B450M-PLUS-GAMING-ASUS-xxxx.CAP).
Unzip the file, and copy the .CAP file to the root of your USB flash drive.
🧰 STEP 2: Enter the BIOS (UEFI)
Insert the USB drive into your PC.
Reboot and press DEL or F2 repeatedly during startup to enter BIOS.
Once in BIOS, go to the "Tool" menu.
Select ASUS EZ Flash 3 Utility.

💻 STEP 3: Use EZ Flash 3 to Update BIOS
Choose via Storage Device.
Locate your BIOS .CAP file on the USB drive.
Select the file and confirm the update.
The system will verify and update the BIOS — don’t power off during this!
Once done, your PC will reboot.

✅ AFTER THE UPDATE
Enter BIOS again to reconfigure your settings if needed (XMP, boot order, fan profiles, etc.).
Optionally, load optimized defaults after the update (F5 in BIOS).

📌 Notes:
EZ Flash 3 does not require a CPU update method unless your CPU isn't supported by your current BIOS.
Do not interrupt the process — doing so can permanently damage the motherboard.
