इस दुनिया में आपको अलग अलग टाइप के लोग मिलेंगे।कोई हजारों फीट ऊंची बिल्डिंग पर चढ़कर सेल्फी ले रहा होगा, तो कोई हजारों मीटर गहरे समुंद्र में गोते लगा रहा होगा ।लेकिन ऐसे रिकॉर्ड बनाने के चक्कर में कई बार कुछ स्टंटमैन ऐसे काम भी कर देते हैं, जो बिल्कुल असंभव से लगते हैं ।कुछ ऐसा ही कारनामा 14 अक्टूबर 2012 को सामने आया था, जब एक स्काई ड्राइवर फेलिक्स बाउमगार्टनर ने वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बनाने के चक्कर मेंअंतरिक्ष से ही छलांग लगा दी ।इस world record के लिए फेलिक्स ने 39 किलोमीटर की ऊंचाई से पृथ्वी पर जंप लगाया।अौर एक आग के गोले की तरह पृथ्वी की ओर तेजी से बढ़ने लगे फेलिक्स ने साउंड से भी तेज सुपरसोनिक गति से स्पेस जंप लगाते हुए स्पीड और हाइट के मामले के सारे स्काइडाइविंग के रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए।फेलिक्स ने जब जंप लगाया तब उनकी गति 1342.8 Km/h थी और उस ऊंचाई पर साउंड की गति 1235 Km/h ही होती है।इस तरह वे साउंड बैरियर को तोड़ने वाले पहले इंसान बन गए ।अब तक केवल सुपरसोनिक विमान या रॉकेट ही साउंड बैरियर पार कर सकते थे, लेकिन फेलिक्स ऐसे पहले मानव बने जिन्होंने साउंड की स्पीड लिमिट को क्रॉस किया।
