The plaintiff purchased what she thought was real hair from the defendant to make a custom wig. Unfortunately, she says she was duped and received synthetic hair instead, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant insists the plaintiff didn’t care for the hair properly and that’s on the plaintiff, not her.
