How to make traditional kimchi (part 3) | Kimchi sauce recipe

This Kimchi sauce recipe is slightly different as compared to the traditional kimchi sauce but the only difference is the apple puree that gives it a sweet fruity twist which my costumers fell inlove with and Iam sharing this step by step guide with the complete set of ingredients used so you can try our signature recipe. Ingredients:

chillie flakes 1kg (gochugaru)
onions 800g
garlic 500g
ginger 250g
apples 800g
fish sauce 1/2 cup
Shrimp paste 1/4 cup (if not available add 1/2 cup fish sauce)
white sugar 1 cup
radish 300g (julienne)
carrots 200g (julienne)
spring onions 100g (strips)
Rice flour 1 cup (for porridge)
water 2 cups (use for making puree)
