Buried Village/ Ghost City, Sharjah / Dubai, UAE / Miasto Duchow, Emiraty Arabskie

At the end of May, we did a little road trip to Buried Village. The place is also known as "Ghost City" or "Al Madam". Have you heard about it before? It's a little abandoned town in Sharjah. The village is covered in the sand now, but it seems like for no known reasons, people left that place in a hurry. "Ghost town" was small, had two rows of houses and a mosque.
As some local people say, the village belonged to the Al Kutbi tribe, but no one really knows why they left...
