REFILLABLE SPRAY CAN For Penetrants/Pesticides/Air/Paint

Learn how I made a QUALITY refillable spray canister for penetrants, pesticides, air, or paint. The bottom of the can opens up for easy cleaning after each use. Refill with any air compressor or air pump to a MAXIMUM pressure of 50 PSI(7.25 KPA/3.45 BAR). When properly made, and air pressure is kept BELOW the 50 PSI(7.25 KPA/3.45 BAR) maximum, the can is "considered" safe to use. DISCLAIMER: Poor construction, or over pressurizing can be extremely dangerous. NEVER exceed 50psi, lower pressure use is SAFER! Always wear safety goggles as well as a face shield. Using chemicals that attack the PVC or sealant, can cause the can to rupture! Viewers assume all risks from the manufacture, and use or misuse of this device if they decide to make it. It is also a good idea to NOT store a FULLY pressurized can.
