2007, 2008, 2009 Chrysler Town and Country (Dodge Grand Caravan) - Dashboard Lights, Wipers Fix

This video demonstrates how I fixed an issue with our Town and Country where the dashboard lights would all light up and flash, headlights would randomly flash, windshield wipers would move. Repair took about 2 hours with very little experience.

To diagnose if this is the issue you may be experiencing, open the driver's-side door fully and push on the rubber boot connecting the door to the main body frame. You may be able to find a direction to push on it that makes the occasional issue happen all the time.
