Pratap Chandra Sarangi, also called Odisha's Modi for his simplicity, got a standing ovation as the audience cheered for him at the swearing-in ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He, however, recently shifted his campaign in an auto.After graduating from Fakir Mohan College in Balasore, Sarangi wanted to become a monk in Ramkrishna Math, but he was encouraged to take up social work.He was then associated with RSS and VHP.
