Digging up a GIANT Softshell Turtle!

On today's adventure into the sandy rivers of south Mississippi, we're on the lookout for turtles! But not just any turtles, we're going after GIANT digging softshells! These turtles are capable of burying themselves perfectly, despite their large size, to avoid predators, so tracking, locating, and digging up softshells is quite the adventure!
