This track starts out with an isochronic tone of 174 Hz with an entrainment effect of 12 Hz- which is a high alpha/low beta frequency. This tone moves from the left to the right- follow it in your mind.
396 Hz and 528 Hz, both with entrainments of 7.83 Hz, are played alongside 174 Hz for a Solfeggio Scale combination effect. 7.83 Hz was chosen for its grounding effects as this is the Schumann Resonace, the average measurement of the earths electromagnetic field spectrum.
90 Hz is included for the duration of the track for its ability to maximize the effects of the other frequencies.
