正所謂「一年秋意濃,十里桂花香。」立秋後桂花當造,因而中秋節成為了品嚐桂花的最佳時機。桂花可用來製作不同美食,其中的桂花糕相信大家絕不陌生,它比起果味啫喱更加好吃,因為桂花的香氣陳香撲鼻,香濃遠溢,堪稱一絕。今次來點新意思,我為這款桂花糕注入了鮮橙汁,香橙與桂花的香氣相輔相成,甚為突出。

材料(6吋模具):
新奇士®蜜篤橙 1個(榨100克橙汁)
新奇士®蜜篤橙 1個(切片)
杞子 7克
水 800克
乾桂花 5克
糖桂花 20克
原蔗糖 100克
魚膠片 40克

Osmanthus Flower blooms from
the fall season. As a result,

Osmanthus Flower. Among all of its by-products, Osmanthus Jelly is one of the most popular desserts. Its fragrance together with the orange aroma makes it an absolute winner.

Ingredients (for 6 inch mould):
Sunkist®Valencia Orange 1 bulb(extract 100ml juice)
Sunkist®Valencia Orange 1 bulb(slicing)
Goji Berries 7g
Water 800g
Dried Osmanthus Flower 5g
Osmanthus Syrup 20g
Sugar 100g
Gelatin Sheets 40g
