正所謂「一年秋意濃，十里桂花香。」立秋後桂花當造，因而中秋節成為了品嚐桂花的最佳時機。桂花可用來製作不同美食，其中的桂花糕相信大家絕不陌生，它比起果味啫喱更加好吃，因為桂花的香氣陳香撲鼻，香濃遠溢，堪稱一絕。今次來點新意思，我為這款桂花糕注入了鮮橙汁，香橙與桂花的香氣相輔相成，甚為突出。

材料（6吋模具）：
新奇士®蜜篤橙 1個(榨100克橙汁)
新奇士®蜜篤橙 1個(切片)
杞子 7克
水 800克
乾桂花 5克
糖桂花 20克
原蔗糖 100克
魚膠片 40克
