🔹 Workout Moves & Reps:
1. Overhead March – 20 reps
2. Single Leg March – 20 reps per side
3. Alternated Side Bend Crunch – 20 reps
4. Standing Hip Open & Close – 20 reps per side
5. Alternated Elbow to Knee Crunch – 20 reps
6. Wall Assist Fore Top – 20 reps
7. Opposite Elbow to Knee – 20 reps per side
8. Wall Assist Alternated Knee Tuck – 20 reps
9. Overhead March Press Alternative – 20 reps
10. Halo to Knee Press – 20 reps
11. Single Side Bend Crunch – 20 reps per side
12. Dumbbell Swings – 50 reps
💡 Tip: Move intentionally and keep your core braced throughout. The added ankle weight resistance will challenge your stability and deepen your ab + hip engagement.

Let your body flow through the work, and finish strong with the optional cool-down to release tension and recover right.
