This was a lot to film but I think people need to see it. #Colorism: /ˈkʌlərɪz(ə)m/ US noun: prejudice or discrimination against individuals with a dark skin tone, typically among people of the same ethnic or racial group.

Recent#BlackTwitter events in the UK lead to several colorist rappers, singers, actors influencers and celebrities being 'exposed' for old colorist tweets. Maya Jama, Zeze Mills, Oloni, Paigey Cakey and Chris Brown are some of the celebrities I left out of the video. Colorist Celebrities / Colourist Celebrities are plenty in the industry, but I am not on twitter so I had no idea how bad it was. Thank you Angie for letting me know. A 'Black (Christian) Girl Reacts to Colorism' for the first time type video seemed like a good way to explore this.
