Mentors Help Philadelphia Entrepreneurs Grow Sustainably
Kristen and James Smith, owners of Smith Flooring in Philadelphia, needed help streamlining operations and growing their business. The Clinton Foundation's Entrepreneur Mentoring Program paired them with mentor Cathy Leidersdorff, president of Architectural Flooring Resource, and their partnership helped the Smiths increase revenue by 27 percent over 2009.
