Learn the best study strategies that are scientifically proven to work! First I will explain the difference between rote and meaningful learning. Then we will discuss the science behind these study strategies. Finally I'll share my personal approach to studying - what I actually do before tests!!
As a doctor, these skills have have helped me learn huge amounts of information and organize it in a way that I can access it any time I need. The key is being able to retrieve information, not just cram it into your mind!
