You can actually PRAY THIS PRAYER TWO WAYS, with humility praying TO THE LORD as if being blessed for the battle before going into spiritual warfare or you can pray it with an attitude of strength and boldness in the midst of warfare, talking to all the demonic spirits which are trying to block your blessings at every level and you speak it with power, taking back what the devil has "stolen by force we take back by force" as mentioned in Matt. 11:12, amen.
