The wrong way and the right way for city council members to treat citizens

Lethbridge citizen Brian Shockey (accompanied by his wife Jill Skriver) stood before the Lethbridge City Council on 3 September 2013. He questioned them about the city's use of an unlicensed real estate broker to purchase downtown property, and he said that he thought the city should try to recoup the commission they paid the broker.

This is only part of the presentation. The entire ordeal lasted for over an hour.

In this video, you will see city council members (some of them running for reelection) treat him disrespectfully and some of them treat him with respect.
