HOW TO USE BENZOYL PEROXIDE TO GET THE BEST RESULTS

Today I am talking about benzoyl peroxide and how to use it so you get the best results. The best thing is to know is that you need to be consistent if you are dealing with stubborn breakouts. Consistency is always key. Benzoyl peroxide has been known to help with the prevention of acne, inflammation and minimizing acne bacteria in the skin with regular use.
If you want to use benzoyl and get the best result try out my skincare tips below:
1. Start off with the lowest percentage like 2.5 percent and use it daily at night. You can use 2.5 day and night if you want.
2. Clean your skin and leave it wet then apply your fav moisturizer and allow to soak in for five minutes.
3. Now apply a two pea size amounts of BP to entire face.
4. I do not recommend using BP as a spot treatment only ( unless you get only an occasional breakout). If you have tons of congestion or you are dealing with very stubborn acne, you should apply benzoyl peroxide all over your face then apply more on the spots.
5. Using a moisture maks three times a week will keep your skin healthy and hydrated and allow the benzoyl peroxide to work quicker.
5. In order to prevent future acne breakouts, you need to use benzoyl peroxide consistently.
