Chia Seed Pudding:
8oz yogurt of choice
1/2 cup coconut water
a shake of cinnamon and cardamom
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 juicy mangoes
combine everything, shake well and refrigerate overnight

Quick Wonton Soup:
a dozen tiny frozen wontons or 6-8 larger ones
2 cups broth
hand-full of fresh herbs: cilantro and green onion here
fresh ginger slices
6 dried shitake mushrooms
fresh chilli
sesame oil

Bring all of the ingredients except sesame oil to a simmer. Remove aromatics. Boil wontons in broth until just cooked. Remove from heat and add to contained with sesame oil.
