To promote fuel conservation, the state government has issued a new directive for government offices. Under the new system, 50% of Group C and Group D employees will attend office physically, while the remaining 50% will work from home.Department heads have been instructed to prepare weekly rosters, giving priority to employees living near their workplaces. Employees working from home must remain available through phone and other communication channels for urgent requirements.The directive has come into effect immediately and will remain in force until further orders. Emergency service departments have been kept outside the scope of this order.
