Salmon Cream Cheese Bites 🔥

• Ingredients: ~3lb Salmon 4 8oz cream cheese blocks Sweet and Smoky Brown Sugar Seasoning Garnish: chili crisp, dill, and honey • Instructions: -Preheat your smoker to 300F (or oven to 350F). I used my offset smoker so it did take a bit longer than a pellet grill -While that heats up, prep the salmon by removing the skin (I used boiling hot water over top so the skin comes off easily) -Season salmon and crosshatch + season cream cheese. Place in the smoker/oven for about 45 minutes -During that time, slice up a French baguette and toast with butter to get crispy. After 45 minutes is up, shred salmon and combine with cream cheese and scoop onto bread -Garnish with chili crisp, honey, and dill and enjoy! • Who’s making these this weekend? 🖐️
