That day 20 years ago is etched in our minds and in our hearts; and many of us have found it difficult to process our emotions about it. Every year when the anniversary comes close, it is challenging to know what to think...
...Grief remains.
...Fear remains.
...Frustration remains.
...An overall heaviness remains…
