What is Seed Cycling?

Seed cycling is a natural way to regulate your hormones

➡️Flax Seeds contains lignans which bonds to estrogen. Pumpkin seeds are high in zinc and lignans which also binds to estrogen and regulates the follicular phase of menstrual cycle.

➡️Sesame Seeds are rich in zinc which boosts progesterone production and contains lignans which helps in blocking excess estrogen. Sunflower seeds are high in vitamin E and selenium. Vitamin E boosts progesterone production while selenium helps detox the excess estrogen from liver.

But if you have irregular periods or not had bleeding in the recent times then here’s what you can do follow the moon cycle.

For example ;
➡️On new moon you consider you are in follicular phase and take flax and pumpkin seeds

➡️On full moon that is on day 14, you consider you are in luteal phase and start with sesame seeds and sunflower seeds

Just like with regular supplements, seed cycling needs time to work. You should give it at least 3 months before deciding on whether it works for you.
