APPLE CRUMBLE MUFFINS (CHRISTMAS SPECIAL )IN TAMIL

These delicious fresh Apple Crumble Muffins are soft and fluffy muffins stuffed with apple pieces and spiced with a hint of cinnamon piled high with a buttery crumble crispy topping. Perfect muffin recipe for Christmas adult to kids love to eat.

Bake 375 f -20-25 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 cup chopped fresh apples
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 -1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For crumble topping recipe (strusel )
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp of butter

Special tip - Don't over mix the muffin batter. the muffins might get hard .
