Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike - Smash Bolivia

After the Belgian national football team enlisted Smash The House label heads and the world’s #1 ranking DJ’s Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike to soundtrack their celebration party in the team’s King Baudouin stadium after qualifying for this summer’s Euro 2016 tournament, the pair have once again been called up to provide the team’s official Euro 2016 anthem. Superstars Steve Aoki and Ummet Ozcan are also drafted in to complete what is a stellar line-up on ‘Melody’.

Clever use of vocal sampling sets the tone for the track, while military-style drums punctuate the breakdown and give the track a real sense of grandeur, perfect for open-air festivals and massive dancefloors alike. Snare fills and risers work with the catchy synth melody to build the tension of the track to breaking point. The drop gives the crowd exactly what they want, with a pounding kick drum driving the track and a roaring synth confirming the tracks status as a dancefloor destroyer, broken up by a unique melodic flutter which truly sets the track apart.
