FOCUS ON SDG7 - AFFORDABLE AND CLEAN ENERGY.
In this video, students talk about the SDG7- Affordable and clean energy. Students interview experts in this field that will explain what renewables energies are( such as the most known coming from the wind, sun and water), but also focus on another, less known and more controversial renewable energy that is the biomass energy or the energy created from waste. Experts will explain how biomass energy is used and spread in Italy and how important it is to make biomass energy become part of the culture and make people understand what a huge resources something like waste might be in terms of renewable energies.
Created by students in the Spring 2019 Food and Media class. The class is part of the study Abroad program: IAGE Illinois in Italy: Rome - Food and Culture.
