Wynwood Green, Miami, USA - ULMA Construction [en]

Wynwood Green just topped out in Wynwood, Miami. LMC, a Lennar company, developed the residential project. The building has about 380,000 SF and is expected to have 189 residential units, 324 parking spots, and 15,800 sq. ft. of retail space. The modern structure is situated in the urban center of Miami. Wynwood, the neighborhood, offers amusing and exotic art galleries, restaurants, bars, nightlife, entertainment, and retail stores.

ULMA provided forming, shoring, and climbing solutions: MEGAFORM for the construction of the walls, KSP as the climbing system to support shaft’s internal formwork, and ENKOFLEX, MEGAFRAME, and ALUPROP as shoring and re-shoring solutions.

ULMA ha proporcionado soluciones de encofrado, apuntalamiento y trepado en el proyecto de Wynwood Green, Miami. Para la construcción de los muros se ha empleado MEGAFORM, encofrado modular en medidas imperiales; para el soporte de encofrado en huecos interiores, la solución idónea ha sido la plataforma interior para huecos KSP y la solución seleccionada para la ejecución de losas ha sido ENKOFLEX apuntalado con ALUPROP y MEGAFRAME.

Wynwood Green es un edificio residencial ubicado en el centro urbano de Miami, en el barrio de Wynwood. El edificio tiene unos 35.300 m² en los que cuenta con 189 unidades residenciales y 324 plazas de aparcamiento. Además, también dispone de 14.000 m² de espacio comercial.
