Joshua Jackson questions monogamy with "The Affair"

Shad speaks to TV star Joshua Jackson about his role in the hit Showtime series "The Affair", which recently began its second season. According to him, some viewers have been outraged by the show's non-judgemental portrayal of cheaters — but he says that monogamy in the modern world is a deeply complicated thing. While Jackson — who is ten years into a committed relationship himself — certainly isn't pro-infidelity, he argues that the way society looks at monogamy and infidelity as moral absolutes is a recipe for unhappiness.
