Situation:
ZIMA Cement is a Cement Manufacturer company that normally perform international trade on FOB basis, where the responsibility to charter the vessel falls under the Buyer.

Currently, a Buyer request for CIF basis with total contract quantity of 500,000mt subject all smooth condition on the trial basis. Without any knowledge in shipping, ZIMA decide to seek assistance from reliable Shipbrokers.
