Mamaliga - Romanian Polenta

Mamaliga is a popular traditional Romanian dish which is like a polenta. Best reed with cottage cheese and sour cream. Can also cut up leftover Mamaliga and sauté in olive oil
Mamaliga - Serving for 4
4 cups water
1.5 cups corn meal
Salt to taste
1-2 tablespoons butter
A few drops of olive oil
