turned off - on (set to 720rpm) - lower to 620rpm - back to 720rpm

This is Zalman cooler which fits perfectly with my HP Pavillion DV7-1025NR.
It has fan speed control system at the back. (620rpm ~ 720rpm)
It has 220mm fan in center which is kinna quiet.
(front - Aluminum, back - Plastic)
