Crab & Avocado Salad

1 Avocado
1 Packet of Fresh Coriander
1 Fresh Chilli
1 Packet of Cherry Tomatoes
Drizzle of Sweet Chili Sauce, Sainsburys | https://bit.ly/2XtT3fx
1 Lime

Method
- Cut up avocado into cubes, cherry tomatoes into halves, chilli into small pieces, roughly chop coriander leaves
- Open Crab and mix all ingredients together in bowl
- Drizzle Sweet Chilli sauce and squeeze fresh lime juice and then spoon mixture into a serving bowl

Bresola, Rocket & Parmesan Salad

1 x bag of rocket

Olive oil

Method:
Lay packet of Bresola on a plate
Place rocket and parmesan shavings on top
Drizzle with mix of Oil & Glaze

Watermelon & Feta Salad
1 x watermelon

1 packet of cherry tomatoes
1 bunch of mint

Olive Oil

Method:
Chop watermelon, cherry tomatoes, feta and mint leaves
Place in bowl and mix lightly together
Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze & Olive Oil
