Testimony: All of what this man says is true. I taught yoga for 7 years and practiced for 8. The goals of yoga that he mentioned are absolutely correct. We can also look at the concept of ishta devata in yoga... an ishta devata is a diety that CHOOSES you to yoke with. Yes you read that right... you don’t choose the diety, it chooses you. This is another goal of yoga not mentioned in this video. And once you become super into your practice, you do go into a trance and your brain waves do indeed change. I started questioning it when I started to feel guilty for not getting on my mat and practicing. We can also look a little further specifically in western yoga today. The goddess, Kali, is very mainstream and people (especially women) blindly chant her name and try to “embody” her energy. This goddess is found in the satanic bible and is a main goddess/demon that high level satanists worship and try to invoke. A bunch of other hindu gods and goddesses are listed in that book, also. We are not gods. We are not goddesses. This is blasphemy. I grew up in the Christian faith and strayed for quite a long time, buying into this new age stuff. I never felt completely whole and at peace. I recently rededicated my life to Christ and feel completely whole. My addictions fell away without me even having to do anything to make that happen . That’s how I know God is real. Everything else is just interference.
