LEGS RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT AT HOME // Not Anchored

This is a LEGS WORKOUT using RESISTANCE BANDS. Follow along with me all the way through, and for best results, I highly recommend repeating 2 more times for a total of 3 times through this workout on LEG DAY! See recommended weekly routine below. Give yourself a 2 minute break between rounds. Here We Go!!!

I use two different bands in this:
RED Band is 20-40 pounds equivalent depending on how much tension you get
PURPLE Band is 40-90 pounds equivalent depending on how much tension you get

IN THIS VIDEO:
1. SPLIT SQUAT (under front foot. hold in hands close to foot)
2. SPLIT SQUAT (switch)
3. FRONT SQUATS (Under feet, hold in front of shoulders like front bar squat)
4. BACK SQUATS (Band over neck on shoulders)
5. DEADLIFT (Wide feet. Grab band by feet. Hold shoulders back)
6. ABDUCTORS (band under feet. Cross band before grabbing. Pull tight. Alternate Legs out to the side)
7. ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS (Band under feet, slight bend in knees)
8. SINGLE LEG HINGE (Band under one foot, hinge with other leg)
9. SINGLE LEG HINGE (Switch)
10. CURTSY LUNGE (Band under front foot, hold in front of shoulders, move back foot to curtsy and forward, repeat)
11. CURTSY LUNGE (switch)
12. CALF RAISES (standing on band with toes)
