Easy DIY hot air balloons using lanterns:
All items can be found at your local arts and craft stores.
Small hot air balloon, items needed:
12" white lantern
crepe paper streamer
12" ribbon
decorative trim of choice (lace, pearls, flowers, butterflies, etc)
styrofoam bowl
8.5"x11" cardstock in white and brown
hot glue gun
ruler
scissor
pencile

Big hot air ballon, items needed are the same as above, with the exception:
24" white lantern
crepe paper rolls, 3-4" wide strips
