How to use "u" in spoken Flemish (tussentaal) - important to know

If you've been watching a lot of Flemish television or listening to Flemish music, you might wonder what's up with the usage of "u". When are you supposed to use it, is it always formal and why can't Flemish people just stick to the rules that I learned in school? These are all good, valid, understandable and even relatable questions and I'll address each and every one of them in this video.
